What file types are hosted by Filegag.com ?
You can upload all file types to Filegag (up to 2GB in size for a registered account, up to 5GB for Premium) as long as they abide by our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. Refrain from uploading any copyrighted files that you do not own the rights to or don't have permission from the owner to distribute.
What should I do if I forget my username or password ?
No need to worry if you have forgotten your login details we can send you a reminder to the email address you have registered with our system. To get access to your account again simply follow the instructions on the Forgot Password page.
Can I delete my uploaded files ?
Yes you can . After your upload is completed, you will get two links: a download link, which you can share with everyone you want, and a delete link, which you keep for yourself.Just click on the delete link and your file will be deleted immediately.Or you can delete your files on your account page .
Why do my files get deleted ?
Please note that we will remove your file(s) if we have received a complaint of copyright infringement by copyright holders or another authority.Please refer to our DMCA policy.
Can I resume broken downloads ?
This feature is only available to Premium users. All Premium accounts support the use of third party download-accelerators which allows you to resume incomplete downloads.
How to upload with FTP?
FTP login information will be found on My Account page .Uploading to Filegag with FTP is very easy and simple, start by downloading an FTP client such as FileZilla then just follow the instructions in the client. Uploading via FTP only allows you to upload and make folders, but downloading, renaming or moving your files are not supported .
How do I cancel my recurring charges?
If you have paid through Payza please login into your Payza account; once you find your transaction ID view the recurring details and you will be able to cancel the process there. Or Email us with your transaction ID and account username

Do I need to be a premium member to get paid?
No, you will still be paid even if you are a free registered member. For now we only pay affiliates via Payza.
When will I get paid after I requesting payment?
We process payouts on every wednesday . Minimum payout is 10$
